We are a new, entreprenuerial company focused on procurement and supply management. And that is all we do. Founded in 2008 by René Gram, former Associate Principal of McKinsey & Company, the global leading management consultancy, Prokura aims to service companies and organizations with a range of products and services within procurement. Our primary focus is Scandinavian small and medium-sized companies and organizations, but we will also be servicing larger customers as well as global customers with those of our products and services, which are suitable for those customers' needs.
Our service and product portfolio is broad and deep, catering to the diverse needs of companies and organizations within procurement. This includes business intelligence products for strategic sourcing professionals, such as category perspetives and spend and price indices. Furthermore, based on experiences with several largescale procurement organizations around the world, we are building what we believe will become the leading edge software suite for strategic procurement professionals and managers. We also provide a range of consultancy services, including diagnostics, category sourcing projects, and workshops, and we are building our own Prokura University, which will provide training and capability building. Lastly, we are also aiming at providing advanced products and services, such as outsourcing and offshoring, indirect spend management and risk management and heding.
